Their 2nd single-barrel rum is distilled in the Caribbean and aged in a tropical environment for 4YRS before being transferred into a fresh ex-bourbon cask (Willett) in Tennessee for another 3YRS.
In 2018, there were three guys who saw where the market was headed—not enough bourbon supply driving demand through the roof and creating impossible allocations, and making it difficult to find good whiskey. One of their favorite past-times was traveling all over the country and picking single barrels with friends, but that memory was vanishing quickly.
They decided to do it themselves and select their own single barrels on a larger scale. They bought their first batch of barrels of Bourbon in 2018. The hype began and people were loving it so in early 2020 they released their first single barrel rye. Now they work with individuals and groups to do their own blends and single barrel selections as well. In 2021 they opened up their blending and visitors center in downtown Nashville.
