Program description. By opting in to OnlineLiquor.com text messages (the “Program”), operated by MKMK Inc dba OnlineLiquor.com, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the mobile number you provide, including allocated and rare bottle drop alerts, restock notices, exclusive offers and promotions, and cart reminders. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Age requirement. You must be 21 years of age or older to join the Program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 21.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to sign up for text messages to buy anything from OnlineLiquor.com.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; availability is subject to change.

Changes. We may modify these terms or end the Program at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
