The experience was OK, placing the order was easy and other than waiting over holidays to receive the shipment. Everything went well. I will say I was disappointed with the condition of the box and of the bottles when they arrived. I had three bottles that leaked slightly, and while it wasn’t much, it was enough to ruin the labels on the bottles. This is a collection that I purchased and it was disappointing to see the bottle labels damaged in shipping. For the cost which I am not complaining about, I would expect the bottles to be shipped in an upright condition in some form or fashion to help prevent or minimize leakage. Instead, all of the bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in a large box, some upside down sideways and some perhaps right side up. I feel that there is a better way in today’s world to package something to minimize this occurrence that I had. Well, the shipper did give me a small discount. It was not about money it was about having a pristine collection.
