Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable state and federal regulations, all sales are final. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. For any questions, please email contact@onlineliquor.com. We aim to respond within one to two business days.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
  A 10% processing fee applies to all cancellations, as card processing fees are non-refundable to us.
• To request a cancellation, please email contact@onlineliquor.com with your order number. Cancellations are final only once confirmed by our team via email. If an order ships before a cancellation is confirmed, it can no longer be canceled.
• Orders cannot be canceled once a shipping label has been created.
• Engraved or customized orders cannot be canceled once engraving has begun.

Final Sale
Returned alcoholic beverages cannot be accepted or resold. Accordingly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or unwanted gifts.

Broken or Damaged Items
All orders are packaged with protective shipping materials. In the event that an item arrives broken or visibly damaged, please:

1. Email contact@onlineliquor.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number and photographs of the bottle, the interior and exterior of the shipping box, and the shipping label.
3. Retain all packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Upon approval, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund or store credit if the item is no longer available. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without supporting photographs may not be eligible.

Leaks, Seals, and Collectible Packaging
Bottles may be exposed to changes in temperature and pressure during transit. The following conditions are considered normal and are not eligible for refund or replacement:

• Minor seepage, or cracked or discolored wax seals (common with Blanton's and other wax-sealed bottles)
• Slightly raised caps or corks
• Label scuffs, minor tears, or missing neck tags
• Dented, missing, or damaged gift boxes, tubes, or bags (noted as "Box & Bag May Not Be Included" on applicable listings)

If a bottle has lost a significant amount of liquid, please email us with photographs, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Boxes and Outer Packaging
Many of our bottles are rare or allocated releases that pass through several hands before they reach our warehouse. As a result, gift boxes, tubes and other outer packaging may show minor scuffs, scratches, creases or discoloration. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the bottle or its contents, and they do not qualify for a discount, refund or return. If the condition of the box matters to you, for example for a collection or a gift, please email contact@onlineliquor.com with your order number before your order ships, and we will be happy to send you photos of the box.

Adult Signature Required (21+)
All orders require a signature from an adult aged 21 or older, with valid identification, at the time of delivery. The carrier will not leave the package without a qualifying signature. For gift orders, please ensure that the recipient or another adult aged 21 or older is available to sign.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, no adult aged 21 or older was available after the carrier's delivery attempts, or the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete:

• The order will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
• For orders that shipped free under a promotion, $35 will be deducted to cover shipping costs.
• Packages returned in damaged condition are not eligible for a refund.

Please verify your shipping address, including any unit or suite number, before completing checkout. Packages cannot be redirected once shipped.

Out-of-Stock and Allocated Items
Rare and allocated releases are in high demand, and inventory may change between the time an order is placed and fulfilled. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund for that item to your original payment method. The remainder of your order will ship as scheduled.

Custom Engraving
Engraved bottles are made to order and are final sale. If an engraving error is our responsibility, such as a misspelling that does not match your order, we will re-engrave or replace the bottle at no cost. Engraving placement is at the discretion of our engravers.

Weather Holds
During periods of extreme heat or cold, we can hold your order at no charge until conditions improve. To request a hold, please email us. We are not responsible for weather-related damage on orders shipped at the customer's request during extreme temperatures.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within three to five business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit. Store credit is issued as a gift card code via email and does not expire.

Contact Us First
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us at contact@onlineliquor.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. In most cases, we can resolve the matter more quickly.
