Rather than molasses, Barbancourt distills fresh sugarcane juice using a double-distillation method inspired by Cognac, then ages the spirit in Limousin oak casks. The Estate Reserve, aged for 15 years, is the house's flagship sipping rum and one of the most respected aged rums of the Caribbean.

Tasting Notes: Nose: Dried fruit, orange peel and vanilla with toasted oak, leather and baking spice.
