Aux Coucherias is a steep, west-facing Premier Cru in Beaune with red clay-limestone soils; this Pinot Noir is fermented with a portion of whole bunches and aged about a year in barrel.

Tasting Notes: Nose: Red cherry, raspberry, rose, and a lift of whole-cluster spice and herbs.
