It still generates its own power from the river and is known for an unhurried, unchill-filtered house style with a characteristic honeyed, waxy fruitiness. This 15 Year Old single malt was finished in casks that previously held tequila, an unusual finish that adds a bright, agave-tinged twist to the distillery's honeyed spirit.

Tasting Notes: Nose: Honey, citrus peel, vanilla and a hint of green agave and pepper.
