-CANCELLATION FEE-If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to cancel your order, there is a 10% fee for our credit card merchant & server fees. Even if you would like to cancel immediately after placing the order. We cannot guarantee a cancellation unless it is confirmed with one our customer service representatives. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the most prompt response.
-If the shipping label of your order has been printed or your package has been picked up by our shipping carrier, you cannot cancel your order. If you refuse your package and it is shipped back to us you will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping label fee.
-All Sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If your item is damaged please send us your order # with pictures of the bottle and the interior and exterior of the box and email us immediately at Contact@Onlineliquor.com You must start a claim to receive store credit or to process an exchange. We address all claims on a case by case basis but we will try our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
-We do not guarantee stock levels. If a product is out of stock and the item is part of a multiple item order, you will be refunded for the out of stock item and the rest of your order will be shipped.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS: If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping carrier's policies, and the product is sent back to our return address a (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($35.00) from the refund for shipping and handling. If the package is returned to our warehouse damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
If you enter the wrong address during checkout and the item you ordered is shipped to this address, we are not responsible for your package and you will not be given a refund or store credit. Please double check the address and make sure to input a unit # if necessary.
If the item you received is missing a tag or a box, or the item label has a minor cut or tear, that is not grounds for a refund or exchange. We cannot guarantee the condition of any boxes in transit or possible label wear.
Ground delivery is not recommended for any order. This is because of the potential heat exposure during warm weather conditions and extreme cold during the winter months. We cannot be held responsible for damaged items due to the selection of ground delivery for your order! If you notify us that you would like your order to be put on hold until temperature conditions are more suitable for shipping, we will attempt to do so at no additional cost.
Alcoholic beverages with more than 70% alcohol content or 140 proof, including 95% grain alcohol are not available for purchase to be shipped. Alcoholic beverages with less than 24% alcoholic content are not subject to hazardous materials regulations. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages over 24% alcohol (48 Proof) should be shipped by air.
Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Once your payment is confirmed we will try to ship your order within 3 business days and during the holidays some orders may take a little longer. If you place an order and an item is out of stock we will first attempt to get the product, if the product is unavailable we will send out the order without the out of stock product and refund the missing product.
Due to demand and availability, we cannot guarantee that orders will be filled if you order a limited or seasonal release.
All shipping prices are estimates and are based on your destination. The average size and weight of typical 750ml, 1.0L, 1.75L bottles and items with special packaging will require additional shipping costs and we contact you if there is any difference.
All products are carefully packaged in shipping appropriate containers or boxes. If any products are damaged during shipping, please email us a picture of the damaged product. A refund can only be issued if the damaged product is returned. Leaks are not covered under our damage policy and cannot guarantee bottle will not leak. If a order has a significant leak, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for defected corks or broken seals due to shipping.
We are not responsible to damage due to weather conditions.
All captions, titles or section headings of these terms and conditions are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provisions herein. Wherever the word “including” or “include” shall appear, such term shall be construed to mean “including without limitation” or “include without limitation,” as the case may be
